Well, I suppose I should give you an update about what I am doing. Ok. Here it goes. (hehehe)

July 4th was great. I went to our church picnic and had a great time eating, visiting with friends, and playing Dutch Blitz with some of those friends. Afterwards, my family drove home, and went to another party to celebrate the day. Again, we had a great time eating, swiming, water balloon tossing, and other fun things. As soon as it got dark, we went up to the top of the driveway, and watched some fireworks. They were beautiful. We came home quite tired.

On Wednesday, my sisters came home!!!! That would be A__ and D____. They had been up in New Hampshire for the past several weeks. A__ had aquired a workout program. I think my older sister may have posted some things about it. So I will spare you the repetition of what it is all about. But, I don't know what she did or how she did it. But some how, she was able to talk all of us into doing it with her.

Thursday morning arived bright and early at 5:30. We all rolled out of bed and into the den. There, we had a good 30 minute workout. Umm. I don't remember much more about that day. Except my muscles were killing me! (That just proves how much I needed it.)

Friday came. We worked out again. Later that afternoon, Mother and I went shopping for things that I would need in Taiwan. It was great spending time with her.

Saturday! Praise the Lord for a wonderful sabbath! I spent it mostly reading. It was very nice to simply relax.

Sunday... I went to church, and then went shopping at a thrift store with Mother to pick up some more things that we couldn't find before. I then went to ODC and had a marvelous time playing bocce with the youth group.

Monday. Hey! That is today! This afternoon, we had a friend come over and "practice photography" on us. (My mother was thrilled!) We had a lovely time posing while she shot us. Hopefully, I will be able to get a copy of the pictures and take them with me to Taiwan. She had some really good shots.

The other day, a friend of mine happened to mention that her church had prayed for me that day. It reminded me how much I appreceiate all of your prayers. Thank you each so much.
:o)
